Just because we don’t have a direct path to these things, doesn’t mean we aren’t excited by them.

If you have read this far and have your own ideas for what you’d like to see from VestaDAO, please let us know - we’re always open to great ideas and would love to hear from you.

Here are a few things we are working on:

• CEG - Community Ecosystem Governance

  • Metis Governance provides an opportunity for projects to obtain CVP (Community Verified Project) status.

    • Benefits of this status include being listed on Metis' website, community confidence, and external recognition as a legitimate project.

• Applying for the Metis EDF

  • This one has the most active plan behind it. The Vesta core team has some close contacts with the thought leaders of the Metis Ecosystem. Ideally, we'd like to convince them that some 'plain talk marketing/PR' is exactly what the Metis ecosystem needs (because let's face it, it does.)

    • Securing some funds would be huge - it would give us some breathing room and allow us to roll out our plans without compromise.

      • A few examples of how we would use this funding are user/trader focused bot(s), Liquidity, developer funding, community events, etc.. (more details on this to come over the summer of 2024)

  • NFT Partnership

    • VestaDAO has teamed up with Layer 2 LoFi Llamas (a brand new, Metis native, NFT collection) to bring you the first Metis native NFT collection in almost 2 years.

      • VDAO holders will get exclusive benefits for this launch including (but not limited to) early access/whitelist stage, discount/rebate on the mint cost, multiple giveaways exclusive to VDAO holders.

        • L2LL is a 'Cobi Bean Production', independent of VestaDAO, that will include an accompanying beat tape, beat leases to all the instrumentals on the project, and access to Cobi Bean's private chat.

          • Giveaways with 4 Metis community projects: Cerus, BlockChatDAO, Monkex, and Yeti-Apes

• Defi Lending and Borrowing partnership (unannounced)

  • VDAO holders will be able to lend and borrow using VDAO as collateral - this is pending on completion of partnership negotiations

• Bot(s) to make navigating the Metis Ecosystem more user friendly and efficient

• Consistent Metis ecosystem project review and news
